Product Purchase Terms & Conditions

Payment: Payment for products is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
Order Confirmation: Once payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please ensure your contact details are correct.
Delivery: Products are not shipped from Music in Motion Dance Studio. You may pick up products in our office, or, for recitals; you will claim items purchased at the merchandise table upon arrival to the recital. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Returns & Exchanges: Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in new and unused condition with all original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at office@musicinmotionva.com
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized products, sale items, perishable items (such as flowers) and worn dancewear, are non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt and inspection of returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Lost or Damaged Items: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Custom Orders: Custom or special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added to orders where required by law.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust product pricing at any time without prior notice.
